Dennis Barr

Dennis Barr is the Director of Real Estate for Fry’s Food Stores and is the ICSC Western Division Retail Chair. Fry’s is a division of The Kroger Co., the #1 traditional food retailer in the United States, operating Fry’s Food Stores, Fry’s Marketplace, Fry’s Signature and Fry’s Mercado, in Arizona.  Dennis has over 27 years of experience in the grocery industry with 24 years in grocery retail development.  A graduate with a B.S. in Management from Lipscomb University, Nashville, TN, Dennis has developed retail grocery space throughout the Midwest, in the Southeast and in Arizona.  Dennis has experience in all aspects of development including Market Research, Site Selection, Planning, Land Acquisition, Building and Design.
